Joye Phipps
RTI Coach
My name is Joye Phipps, and I have been a GMSD teacher for 16 years. This is my 3rd year as DES RTI Coach. My role is to assist struggling students as they work to fill in their skill deficits in Reading or Math.
I help to organize the 45 minutes of RTI intervention or enrichment that each student has every day. I look forward to working with students, teachers, and parents in the RTI process, please let me know if you have any questions.
